Tonight

Tonight is green goblin night
is sea-song faraway in
warmest winter
tonight is wild witch night.

Tonight my love will take me
over white waves licking
their tongues
on cliffs of stone
will take me home.

All the smallest moonflowers
lift their smiles
and wave good-bye,
who know my goings into laughter
my joyous goings after.

All the tiny moonflowers
spend their smiles
in gleaming piles
but keep their sorrow
for my coming back tomorrow.
